Throughout the celebration, Amautiit highlighted Inuit women leaders whose work continues to create positive change across Nunavut and Inuit Nunangat while reflecting on the importance of self-determination, culture, and community.

Nunavut Day is an opportunity to celebrate not only our land, but also the people whose leadership continues to shape a stronger future for generations to come.
