This plan reflects the voices of Inuit women and gender-diverse Inuit across Nunavut and builds on the strengths, knowledge, and values that have shaped our organization since its founding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rooted in <strong>pijitsirniq<\/strong> (service to community), our Strategic Plan sets clear priorities to advance Inuit women\u2019s leadership, strengthen our organizational capacity, and champion advocacy on issues that matter most to Inuit in Nunavut.
